Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- The strap must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
